There's no Nebo like our Nebo.............

I had Davey pee in a cup after we finished our early morning Nebo Saturday so I could have
him checked for banned substances. He claims it was all Hammer Nutrition products, and if
that's true, they need to be sponsoring him. He did well a couple of weeks ago on our
radio tower run, but this day he was a different runner. Very strong all the way up, and
no let up on steady return ........... 3:50 round trip including hanging out on top to enjoy
the views and quietude. Always one of our favorites (18 miles), I've found that any year
I can get in some Jan- March Nebos is off to a good start.
Hopefully we'll have some more good hill runs in the next several weeks. The more the
merrier. I believe we had some pavement miles put in by some of you Sat ........ hope
you enjoyed THAT !
